Had a flat tire on a work van at 5:30 PM. Called them and quoted an hour but had someone here in 30 minutes. He was friendly and of course the tool that was supposed to be in the vehicle to unscrew the spare tire was not. He improvised and made it happen. Very happy with the end result.

Drove from Naples to the aquarium in Sarasota and noticed my brakes were grinding and starting to lock up. Gave them a call and was told he could be there by 4. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, and actually solved it on the spot! Took the time to explain what caused the problem and how to prevent it from happening again.
